FREESTYLE FITNESS CLASSES
FITBALL CLASS
In this class you will use exercise bands, fitballs and floor exercises to isolate muscles to reshape and tone your glutes, stomach and legs while burning fat.
BOX CLASS
These sessions give you a full body work out and help increase your cardiovascular endurance whilst also helping you gain boxing skills and self defense techniques.
STEP/CORE CLASS
Quickly tone your thighs, tush and core with this aerobic step and core duo. This class is also a great way to increase your balance and coordination !
SPIN CIRCUIT CLASS
The combination of cardiovascular fitness of a spin class and resistance training in a circuit style class.
FUNCTIONAL FITNESS CLASS
Aimed at intermediate and advanced fitness levels, this class incorporates exercises designed to improve muscular endurance, agility, balance and strength.
Each class varies and will push you physically and mentally. If you want to test whether you have the heart to push through when the going gets tough come and try FFF.
